Due to popular demand, the Barista Course which we have a partnership with @baristacoursebybartira will be happening on May 24th (maximum 6 students).
Students must pay in advance (maximum 5 days before) either at the location or bank transfer. Students must show their IBAT ID. The class is hands-on and they have a limit of 6 students per class; it will be at 10.30 AM.
The Combo Barista and Food Safety with @baristacoursebybartira, Bartira (name of the barista):
With the barista combo we have the Barista Course + Food Safety Course (HACCP) online.
The student will take both courses and get certification of the barista course and also Food Safety that’s valid for 2 years here in Ireland.
Fee: €45 (which already includes a €10 discount for IBAT students, as the normal price would be €55; you need to show your student card to get the discount).
About the barista course:
The course is one day, as it’s a 4 and a half hour long course; the students will learn and make all the menu recipes: Americano, Latte, Hot chocolate, Chai Latte, Cappuccino, Mocha, Flat White, Cortado, and Macchiato. The students will also learn about the coffee beans, tamping, milk texture, a bit of art and cleaning of the machine.
The price for the barista class without the food Safety is €40 (which already includes a €10 discount for IBAT students, as the normal price would be €45; you need to show your student card to get the discount) with all the material and certificate included.
