Looking for student accommodation in Dublin?

IBAT Dublin does not provide on-campus accommodation or arrange accommodation bookings on behalf of students.

Students are responsible for securing their own accommodation before arriving in Ireland. To support students in their search, IBAT recommends a selection of independent third-party accommodation providers that specialise in student housing in Dublin.

These providers offer a range of options, including purpose-built student residences, shared apartments and private rentals, subject to availability.

Accommodation availability and pricing can vary throughout the year, so students are encouraged to begin their search and secure accommodation as early as possible.

The accommodation providers below are independent organisations. Any accommodation agreement is made directly between the student and the chosen provider. IBAT Dublin is not responsible for accommodation bookings, contracts or any disputes that may arise.
