Your CV is often the first impression an employer gets of you, but did you know that before it even reaches human eyes, it’s often screened by an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?
In this interactive workshop session, we’ll demonstrate how the ATS works and show you how to tailor your CV to stand out in today’s competitive job market.
In this session you’ll have the opportunity to learn:
- What the ATS actually looks for in a CV
- Common formatting mistakes that can get your CV rejected
- How to use keywords effectively to get noticed
- Quick, practical tips to improve your layout and structure
Whether you’re applying for internships, graduate roles, or your next career move, this session will help ensure your CV gets past the system, and into the hands of the right people.
If you are interested in participating in this Workshop or need to count you in on anything necessary, please contact us at edward.stanley@ibat.ie for further details or questions on how to register, or sign up to our Eventbrite to participate.
