A dynamic commercial leader, she specialises in revenue development, client engagement, and building high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.

With a strong background in sales leadership, brand development, and customer experience, Avryl brings a people-focused approach to higher education. She works closely with internal teams, international partners, and agents to strengthen IBAT Dublin’s market presence and ensure a seamless journey for prospective students from first enquiry through to enrolment.

Prior to joining IBAT Dublin, Avryl held senior commercial roles across healthcare, education, and professional services, where she consistently drove growth through strategic planning, relationship management, and innovative outreach initiatives. Her expertise spans full sales cycle management, event and brand activation, and partnership development.

Avryl is passionate about connecting learners with opportunities that transform their careers and is committed to supporting IBAT Dublin’s mission of delivering accessible, industry-relevant education in Ireland and internationally.
