Before joining IBAT, he spent over a decade in corporate leadership, including at LinkedIn, where he led support teams across EMEA. Drawing on this experience, Ed brings a passion for helping individuals grow with purpose, confidence, and clarity. He is also an accredited leadership and mindset coach, supporting graduates and professionals to build meaningful, values-driven careers and develop the skills needed to thrive in today’s evolving workplace.
