IBAT College Referral Program Terms and Conditions
The IBAT College Referral Program (the "Program") is a referral program that enables students to earn a Rewards by recommending our Courses to Eligible Referrals. To participate, you must agree to these Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the "T&C") and our Privacy policy.
1. Definitions
1.1. "Products and Services" means IBAT College Courses or related services.
1.2. "Student" means someone who meets all of the following conditions:
1.2.1. any registered student of the IBAT College
1.2.3. who is not an employee of IBAT College, an immediate family member of an employee of IBAT College (namely, a parent, sibling, spouse, child, step-child, or in-law, a resident of the same household as an employee of IBAT College (whether related or not), or an employee or immediate family member of any of their affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, or sponsors.
1.3. "Referred User" means someone who meets all of the following conditions:
1.3.1. any potential user of the Products and Services, who is neither a current nor pending customer of IBAT College, and who is not a Student, upon registration to a course and full payment of their course fees.
1.4.2. who is not an employee of IBAT College, an immediate family member of an employee of IBAT College (namely, a parent, sibling, spouse, child, step-child, or in-law), a resident of the same household as an employee of IBAT College (whether related or not), or an employee or immediate family member of any of their affiliated companies, licensees, advertising or promotional agencies, or sponsors; and
1.5. "Eligible Referral" means the first purchase of Products and Services from IBAT College by a Referred User
1.7. "Reward" means an One4All Gift Card to the value of €50
2. Overview of the Program
2.2. You can earn an One4All Gift Card only if you refer a Referred User to IBAT College and that Referred User makes an Eligible Referral. You may be neither an agent of the Referred User nor a beneficiary of the Eligible Referral, except as anticipated by these T&C.
2.3. For each Eligible Referral, the Student who referred the Eligible Referral will be awarded a Reward in the form and amount described below.
2.4. By taking part in the Program, you agree to:
2.4.1. comply with all applicable commercial and public anti-bribery laws;
2.4.2. send referral emails only to people that you know; and
2.4.3. not engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent, invasive, or spamming.
2.5. IBAT College will provide a €100 course discount on each Eligible Referral. Any subsequent purchases made by the Referred User will not qualify for such a discount.
3. Multiple Referrals
3.1. An Student may make multiple referrals. If an Eligible Referral references referrals from multiple Students, only the corresponding Student of the referral used to commence the Eligible Referral will receive a Reward.
4. Referral Reward System
4.1. For each Eligible Referral, IBAT College will purchase a Reward for the corresponding Student. No Reward will be given in relation to any referrals that are not Eligible Referrals.
4.2. The value of the Reward will be €50.
4.3. A Reward will be given for each Eligible Referral you make as a Student. The Reward is based solely on the Eligible Referral. Any subsequent purchases made by the Referred User will not qualify for a Reward.
4.4. If you earn a Reward, you must confirm your personal details with IBAT College within 30 days from the date IBAT College notifies you of an Eligible Referral; otherwise, you will forfeit the Reward.
5. Taxes and Fees
5.1. If you receive a Reward under the Program, you are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees resulting from it.
6. Release of Liability
6.1. By participating in the Program, you release IBAT College and its agents from all liability, including, without limitation, all liability with respect to any and all Rewards.
7. Severability
7.1. If any provision in these terms are held to be invalid, void, or unenforceable, such provision (or the part of it that is making it invalid, void, or unenforceable) will be struck and will not affect the validity of and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
8. Termination and Change
8.1. IBAT College may suspend or terminate the Program or a user's ability to participate in the Program at any time for any reason.
8.2. IBAT College reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny any Rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as we deem fair and appropriate.
9. Updates to these T&C
9.1. IBAT College can update these T&C at any time without prior notice. If IBAT College modifies these T&C, we will post the modification on the IBAT College website, and such modification is effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Program after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
